Eravamo 23, di cui 8 bambini, quindi sicuramente abbiamo messo alla prova il personale ed i servizi dell’hotel. Il direttore, molto gentile, si affanna per far funzionare tutto. Sempre presente, sopperisce alle mancanze con cortesia. Struttura bella. Accoglienza ottima con Ottavia alla reception. Camera un po’ piccola, ma con terrazzo panoramico con vista su tutto il paese. Armadio minuscolo per tre persone. Gentilissimo, bravo e preciso il ragazzo delle pulizie delle camere. Non parla bene l’Italiano, ma è davvero super disponibile e soprattutto le camere sono pulite. Navetta molto comoda, anche se un po’ in difficoltà tra le 3 e le 4. Ottavia ed il direttore si impegnano anche qui per far funzionare il servizio. Non porta allo spinale ed all’altro lato di campiglio ed il servizio termina alle 19. Piscina e Spa perfette, nulla da dire. Tanto da dire sul ristorante, invece… Sala molto bella e spaziosa. Camerieri servizievoli e bravi. Il cibo fa pietà. Colpa delle materie prime o di uno chef inesperto? Non si sa.. sta di fatto che proprio non funziona. Fatta eccezione per il personale ed il magnifico Metre, tutto il resto è da dimenticare. Mini club che funziona bene, Irene è molto carina con i bambini e loro ci vanno con piacere.

Struttura accogliente, ottimi servizi, personale disponibile e super gentile. Dopo una giornata sugli sci, un po’ di relax in piscina o nella spa, poi una Cena con diverse proposte. Tutto molto ben curato.

Professional staff everywhere in the hotel and in the shuttles. Great food and panoramic views from the restaurant. Spacious room with balcony and, again, great views of sunrise and sunset. The spa is a bit small for the size of the hotel, but nice.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del servizio. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Valentina della spa, che con la sua professionalità e gentilezza ha reso la mia esperienza ancora più rilassante e piacevole. Un grazie anche a Giuseppe della sala, sempre disponibile e cortese, che ha reso ogni pasto un momento speciale. Inoltre, in particolare, Aniello, che con il suo servizio di trasporto dall'hotel al centro di Madonna di Campiglio, ha reso gli spostamenti molto comodi e senza stress. La sua puntualità e disponibilità sono state davvero apprezzate. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, che ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno davvero indimenticabile!

Solito gruppo bees pesaro minibasket un anno dopo. Chapeaux !!!!! Davide , il direttore , ha rivoltato l hotel in un modo veramente splendido coadiuvato da Ettore il maitre e Ottavia alla reception . Fondamentale anche il baby club avendo tanti bambini . Servizio in spa ineccepibile grazia alle ragazze in divisa nera . Francesca al bar stratosferica. Cucina al top. Complimenti ancora a Davide per aver creato un ambiente veramente all’altezza. Grazie e al prossimo anno.
